Many of us assume that positive thinking means we are supposed to feel good right away. The truth is that it's okay to feel whatever it is you are feeling as long as you keep your thoughts positive.

Trying too hard to 'think positive' can often make us anxious or often create difficult sensations. People can get caught in a merry-go-around because they try to think positive, but when they do not positive feelings immediately they get frustrated. They may start to believe that something is wrong so they begin to once again take on the very negative thoughts they were trying to avoid in the first place...

How does we deal with feelings of anxiety and panic and transform them into feelings of confidence and comfort? We are not necessarily supposed to feel comfortable and 'okay' all of the time. Feelings of all kinds are a part of life. There is no need for uncomfortable feelings or sensations to be viewed as 'bad or wrong' because remember that they key is to keep your thoughts positive and you will manifest positive things in your life. When we learn to think positive about ourselves and our own feelings, our whole world begins to change.
